When it comes to daytime TV, one show people love to watch every weekday morning on ABC is Live With Kelly and Mark, helmed by married couple Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos.
Kelly has been co-hosting Live since 2001, and longtime fans know the show brings on the biggest stars in Hollywood to talk about their latest projects. And with Mark now by her side, folks also get to see elements of their marital life, including moments with their children Michael, Lola and Joaquin.
Needless to say, Live has a loyal fanbase — and many love to see the show film in real-time. But the ABC series has been going through a number of changes as of late, leaving many to wonder: Where is Live With Kelly and Mark filmed in 2025? The series recently moved from its long-time filming location into a brand-new studio. Here’s what fans need to know.
Where is Live With Kelly and Mark filmed?
After over 30 years of filming on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, Live With Kelly and Mark now films out of 7 Hudson Square, in the SoHo area of New York City.
The move to the new space was in the works for quite some time, and at the end of March 2025, Live said goodbye to its home of over three decades. When the show’s final episode in the old studio aired, Mark got emotional about what the move meant to him.
“This is our last show here in this building,” he stated in a clip posted on Instagram at the time. “This place actually gave me the nerve to ask my wife to marry me — and we did the next day in Vegas! So I have a lot to thank … I’m thankful to this place.”
So, why did Live With Kelly and Mark move filming locations? According to an October 2024 report from Hello! Magazine, it turned out ABC’s Lincoln Square building had already been sold. Meaning: the company was moving them to film out of a new building sooner rather than later.
Fans are now getting the chance to see Live‘s new location on TV. While there was an interim week where the show had to film in 7 Hudson Square’s cafeteria, folks got to see the new studio for the first time on the April 14 episode. And if that wasn’t enough, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams (who was the first guest in the new studio) couldn’t help but rave about the new digs.
“Oh, I love your set!” she exclaimed in a clip posted on YouTube. “This is bomb! This is so good!”
It’s also important to note that Live With Kelly and Mark isn’t the only ABC daytime series filming in 7 Hudson Square. The View has been shooting episodes from the location since September 2024, when they changed studios for season 28. Additionally, The Tamron Hall Show has also been filming there since they moved downtown in January 2025.
