TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz will face Roberto Torres in the November general election, voters decided Tuesday.

The Toledo mayoral primary between current mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz, former city employee and Toledo Public Schools board member Roberto Torres, and the self-proclaimed “Sign Man” Harold Harris leaves the top two vote earners moving on to the November general.
Kapszukiewicz earned about 53% of the vote and Torres had just over 24% of the vote. Harris had nearly 22% of the vote. The Lucas County Board of Elections dashboard said voter turnout was 9.4% in the May 6 primary.
The primary election marks the first Lucas County election since voters approved a measure allowing Toledo mayors to serve up to three consecutive terms.
