Although Caitlin Clark is out with an injury, the Indiana Fever (4-4) are set for Game 9 of their 2025 WNBA season schedule with a road matchup against the Atlanta Dream on Tuesday, June 10. The game is part of the Commissioner’s Cup.
The former Iowa women’s basketball star entered her sophomore campaign as the betting favorite to win MVP but will miss at least the next game after suffering a quad strain in her team’s 90-88 loss to the New York Liberty on May 24.
On Monday, head coach Stephanie White provided an update on Clark’s health status and said she’s began participating in practice in a limited capacity.

Why isn’t Caitlin Clark playing?
Clark is out with a left quad strain, which the team announced on May 26, two days after the team’s loss to the New York Liberty.
Clark previously missed Indiana’s first preseason game because of an injury to the same left quad, but White said that this injury is a new one and not related.
Clark was re-evaluated after the team’s game on June 7 and was a limited participant in practice on Monday, June 9.
